Q: How to get a refund from a purchase?
A: On android we can help you with that. Simply send the google order number from your receipt you got in a timely manner and our support team can refund it. Sadly on iOS, Windows and Amazon we do not manage the purchases and you’ll have to request the refund from the aforementioned service providers.

Q: The game has a notification about a “Maintenance Break”. What does it mean?
A: Usually it means we’re doing scheduled updates to the game servers that require downtime. Please check again after some time.

Q: Where can I see if there are issues on the game servers?
A: If there’s a major issue on the servers, we’ll let you know about it at: http://fingersoft.net/status

Q: What are the minimum requirements for HCR2?
A: Android 4.2 / iOS 8.0

Q: I bought an item with real money but didn’t receive it. What can I do?
